Complex Project
In autumn 2021, our team worked to widely promote the joint Black Friday promotions of eMAG and Extreme Digital within the designated target groups during a large-scale influencer campaign. For a more male-oriented approach, we targeted individuals interested in technology, DIY, sports, and music, while we engaged female target groups through lifestyle, tabloid, and sports influencers.
Effective Sponsorship Communication
In terms of platforms, sponsored content appeared on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch, some of which were also utilized as advertisements.
A Large Number of Influencers
Nearly 30 influencers participated in the campaign, including well-known personalities such as Csokibanán (Musimbe Dávid Dennis, comedian), Róbert Winkler (journalist), AZA (rapper), and Gergő Szirmai (influencer). Another interesting aspect of the campaign is that the Antilope Kids band's famous and then-memed song titled "Szia Uram" was adapted LINK for the eMAG Extreme Digital Black Friday campaign, and some of the invited influencers filmed their promotional videos in an eMag-branded studio while the music played in the background.
Impressive Brand Communication
During the campaign, we generated approximately 6,000,000 reaches, and according to a survey by trademagazin, this proved sufficient for it to be the most successful online Black Friday campaign in 2021: “Among the webshops surveyed, eMAG was the most talked-about by Hungarian internet users, with 66 percent of 'Black Friday' content referring solely to them. Extreme Digital finished second with a 22 percent share of the topic. [...] During the period examined, eMAG's most popular post, which reached the most people, was comedian Musimbe Denis's Facebook video. This garnered over 6500 reactions, 303 shares, and 76 comments on the social media platform.” LINK
